Projects under $200 are paid in full before work begins. Larger projects require a 50 percent nonrefundable scheduling deposit, with the remaining balance due before final editable files are released. Third-party expenses are paid by the client and are not included unless listed in writing.
Unless otherwise stated, packages include two rounds of reasonable revisions within the approved scope. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes. New content, a new direction, additional pages or changes requested after approval may require a change order and additional fee.
Deposits reserve production time and are not refundable after work has been scheduled. If Dragonfly must cancel a project before work begins, payments for uncompleted work will be returned. Completed digital work and approved milestones are not refundable.
The client confirms that submitted text, photographs, music, logos and other materials may legally be used for the project. The client is responsible for factual accuracy, names, dates, permissions and final approval.
Final deliverables include only the file types listed in the agreement. Editable source files are included only when specified. Working files may be retained for 30 days after final delivery; clients should download and securely store their completed files.
Confidentiality Privacy and Portfolio Use
Client materials will be used only to complete the agreed project and will not be shared publicly without permission. With the client’s separate written approval, Dragonfly Virtual Services may display portions of completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals or business profiles. Declining portfolio permission will not affect the client’s service or pricing.
Projects involving highly sensitive personal, medical, financial or legal information require advance discussion and may not be accepted.
